Senior Installer
Responsibilities
- Install custom cabinetry in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and train junior installers
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in cabinet or closet installation
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with homebuilders and developers
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential clients
- Present design options and prepare detailed quotes
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Attend trade shows and networking events
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably in home improvement
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of cabinetry or closet solutions preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
