Custom Closets & Cabinetry for Markham Homes

Markham has some of the newest housing in the GTA — waves of detached and semi-detached homes built over the last two decades, plus brand-new communities still going up. New homes are a joy, but anyone who has taken possession of one knows the storage story: beautiful rooms, generous closets, and inside each one a single chrome wire shelf. Builders rough in the space; finishing it properly is left to you. That's where we come in.

Upgrading builder-basic closets is some of the most satisfying work we do, because the potential is already there. A typical Markham primary walk-in has the footprint for double hanging sections, floor-to-ceiling shelving, a full drawer bank, and dedicated shoe storage — it just needs the system. The same goes for kids' rooms and hall closets, where adjustable reach-in closet systems grow with your family instead of being outgrown by it.

Two other requests come up constantly from our Markham clients. The first is the pantry: newer kitchens often include a pantry closet or servery that's little more than four wire shelves. We convert those into proper pantry systems with deep shelves for small appliances, pull-outs for cans and dry goods, and space planned for the Costco run. If you're going further, our custom kitchen cabinetry can extend the same finishes into a full kitchen or island upgrade.

The second is the family room entertainment unit. A big blank wall around the TV is standard issue in newer Markham homes, and a custom media built-in — closed cabinets below, display shelving above, wiring neatly concealed — adds storage and presence in a way freestanding furniture never quite manages. Because we manufacture to order, the unit fits your wall exactly, from baseboard to bulkhead.
