Few places in the GTA pack as many kinds of housing into one district as North York. Condo towers line Yonge from Sheppard to Finch, mid-century bungalows and side-splits fill the streets of Willowdale and Don Mills, and infill rebuilds are going up between them. Each of those homes has a different storage problem, and we've spent over 35 years solving all of them.

In the towers, the challenge is making one small closet do the work of three. Our designers plan reach-in systems vertically — double hanging, ceiling-height shelving, and drawer stacks that can retire the dresser entirely and give you your floor space back. A custom closet system designed around your actual wardrobe holds dramatically more than the builder's single rod and shelf ever could.

The bungalows and split-levels are a different story. Homes built in the 1950s and 60s were framed with closets that suit a 1950s wardrobe — shallow, narrow, and few. Rather than fight the framing, we build wardrobes and built-ins that add storage where the house never had it: a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe wall in the primary bedroom, a linen tower in the hall, or an entry unit that finally gives coats and boots a home. Because every piece is manufactured to order in our own facility, it fits your walls exactly and looks original to the room.

North York is also full of multigenerational households, where a finished basement or in-law suite needs real storage of its own. We design closets, wardrobes, and media built-ins for those spaces too, so every generation gets more than a rolling rack.
